FOREDOM K.2252 WOODCARVING KIT HIGH TORQUE - LX Motor+ EMX Control + 50c with 17 Chisels - CHISEL CARVING SET - Foredom’s kit model K.2252 is a pre-packed Chisel Wood Carving Kit includes the LX motor with the EMX table top speed control, the 50C Chisel Handpiece with 17 Chisels and a tube of Grease (see details below). FOREDOM # K.2252 Components: - 1. Series LX Motor: - The LX motor is a permanent magnet motor is specifically designed for high torque/low speed applications, offering more power for jobs like stone setting, wax modeling, and pearl drilling. M.LX, M.LXM, and M.LXB ball bearing motors feature full power and torque from start-up and throughout the entire speed range up to 5,000 rpm. They are ideal for use with Foredom’s drill presses. They also are well matched with the H.18, H.15 and H.15D Quick Change and Hammer Handpieces for stone setting. It comes equipped with a motor bale for hanging, and our standard 39" long key-tip inner shaft and outer sheath for connecting to any of Foredom’s interchangeable, quick disconnect handpieces. Foredom’s permanent magnet motors require the use of a C.TXR, C.SXR, or C.EMX speed control. Damage will result if the motor is connected to any other speed control. - 2. C.EMX Speed Control: - The EMX is a table top speed control, is constructed of heavy duty plastic with durable solid state electronics. It has a dial control for precise speed settings, as well as good repeatability of previous settings. The C.EMX-1 has special electronics that converts AC current from an electrical outlet to DC current- the type required by the motor. It also has a special plug that fits the motor's shielded plug. For use with 115 Volt M.TX, M.TXB, M.TXH, M.LX, M.LXB, M.LXH and M.LXBH motors. 5" long, 5-7/8" wide, 2-3/4" high. Control is interchangeable with Foredom's C.TXR-1 and C.SXR-1 controls. - 3ited Warranty. - *Item is brand new, in original box.
