This ink can be used for a range of applications, providing versatility while maintaining a professional look. Key Features • Suede Finish: Produces a suede-like texture for a soft, matte look. • Versatile Application: Can be printed directly out of the container or thinned for special applications. • Enhanced Softness: Can be further softened by adding 710LF Softhand Additive or by reducing with 1110LF Curable Reducer. • High-Quality Results: Perfect for achieving matte black prints with a professional, luxurious finish. Ink Application • Ready-to-Use: Can be printed directly without any modifications. • Thinning Option: Use 1110LF Curable Reducer for specific applications. • Softness Adjustment: For a softer feel, add 20% to 40% of 710LF Softhand Additive by volume. • Screen Mesh: Recommended mesh count of 110 to 305 t/in or 43-120 t/cm for optimal results. • Squeegee: 65-70 Durometer with a sharp edge for light-colored fabrics or beveled for dark fabrics. Curing • Cure Temperature: 325°F (163°C) for the entire ink film. Always test dryer temperatures and wash test prints before full production.
