This vinyl has a textured glitter finish that works on lycra, spandex, cotton, leather, polyester, and blends. CPSIA Certified, so it’s safe on garments for any age. Pre-shrink any shirt with cotton content. Use a quick one-second tack application for layering. Apply with medium, even pressure; preheat fabric for 3 seconds, then apply transfer for 15-20 seconds. Allow 24 hours before washing; wash inside out and tumble dry.
