Application • Best for athletic apparel and leisure garments, including T-shirts, jerseys, sweatshirts, and fleece goods. • Also effective for creating Hot-Peel transfers with the appropriate release paper. • Screen mesh recommendations include 110T monofilament, but a range of 60T to 280T monofilament meshes can be used for different effects. Curing Instructions • Cure at 315°F to 330°F, depending on ink deposit, fabric type, and dryer efficiency. • Ensure proper curing to avoid adhesion failure, as thick ink deposits require more energy and longer dwell time. • A Forced Air Dryer is recommended for more efficient curing compared to Radiant Heat Units. • Dark colors cure faster than light colors, and colors like metallics and glitters require additional curing energy.
